The Solera is a beloved favourite of Starward's founder and the brand's inaugural whisky release.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe traditional method used by the Spanish to age their Sherry and maintain consistency is known as Solera. This process involves blending a fractional amount of young cask with more mature spirit.
