Distilled using a combination of Ariki’s own custom-designed reflux method, and a vapour infusion still. Vapour infusion develops Ariki’s distinctive aromatic notes, resulting in a stunning full-bodied gin.
Purity and quality are integral to the taste profile, lending Ariki gin a Pacific inspired edge. Together with Manuka Flower, internationally sourced botanicals present in Ariki Gin are Seville Orange peel, Croatian Juniper, Bitter Almonds, Coriander, Angelica root, Orrisroot, Portuguese Lemon peel, Liquorice Root, Black Pepper, Cardamom and Cinnamon join the base notes of Rarotonga Vanilla and Tongan coconut.
The nose is mild and clean, citrus is immediately visible. Delicate floral notes of Manuka flower blended with lemon grass. The warm subtlety of vanilla, coconut and other spices offers the palate a Pacific profile that sets this Gin apart. At 45% ABV the essential oils deliver body to the gin that is dynamic and has a rich, smooth finish.
