Imagine ripe, succulent pineapples being slow-roasted over a fiery bed of coconut charcoal and then expertly infused into their award-winning Black Collar Rum, before being barrel-aged to perfection. Infusing the rum with the pineapples delivers a unique flavour combination, which they repeated many times over to perfect the flavour to exactly what they were looking for. Fresh pineapples are used in every batch so make sure to give the bottle a shake before pouring as natural fruit sediment can occur.
