This is the 2022 release and the second edition of highly limited Galánta Whiskey range, from the Drumshanbo Shed Distillery.
For this latest expression, individually numbered bottles have been filled with triple distilled spirit at The Shed Distillery after aging in single-use Kentucky Bourbon casks, hand selected by Head Distiller Brian Taft. They've imbued the malt with a delicious balance of vanilla and wood spice.

Notes from Distiller: A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut and roasted coffee. Palate brings a delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate. An elegant lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness.
