The team at Good George have also gone to great lengths to extract the good stuff from wood, with 15 different botanicals in this gin, including Mosaic and Galaxy IPA hops, then aged for 15 months in red wine barrels, to create a harmony of flavours in their Big Pecker Gin.
Having spent one year longer in the barrels since last year's release, enjoy this gin best served over ice or straight up.
Botanicals include: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, rosehips, liquorice root, pink peppercorns, mandarin, star anise and cardamom.
Hops include: Mosaic and Galaxy.
