THE TRIPLE JUNIPER PROCESS
Juniper berries are first steeped in Australian wheat spirit for 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still, before finally, more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character.
Along with the above steps, eight other botanicals are added to the mix: Coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, lime peel, liquorice root, cinnamon, and Australian pepper berry.
On the nose, we find pine needle, brushed rosemary, lemon oil, earthy root fruits that extend to fragrant pepper.
To taste, we're greeted with a bright citrus character. Bold and intense, prominent juniper, supported by earthy undertones and woody spice. The finish is luxurious and long, with a rich creaminess that dries quickly.
