Using carefully selected barrels, all at least 10 years old, this small batch bourbon is bottled at 90 proof, with Jimmy & Eddie's signatures proudly displayed on each bottle.
Tasting note
A nose of cinnamon, butter, roasted wood and vanilla with a palate consisting of a complex oaky sweetness alongside orange, dark chocolate, leather and baking spices. The finish is long with oh-so-sweet maple and sugar notes.
