Southward Toasted Vanilla Gin 500ml

A new limited release from the brilliant minds at Southward Distilling. Crafted with top-quality, fresh vanilla beans and used Tony Bish Chardonnay barrels. 

The higher end ingredient of real vanilla beans makes this a one of a kind gin with the added value of staves and wood from New Zealand's master Chardonnay maker, for a subtly matured taste.

Real vanilla beans release their creamy, full flavour into this unique limited gin. Balanced with toasted staves from a broken, leaking Chardonnay barrel. The mix of vanilla with a slight wood char gives this sweet gin it’s own layers of caramel, cookies and a bold story and flavour.

This is an exceptional treat for any gin lover, especially those looking to try something new. Makes for an incredibly luscious G&T, fantastic in cocktails, and also pairs great with a good ginger beer or cola.

Tasting Note

Transports you back to toasting marshmallows over a beachside fire. Light hints of oak and caramel on the palate. A luscious, silky finish with long creamy vanilla notes.
