Black Barrel wines are the brainchild of winemaker Nicholas Crampton and grower Jim Zerella who created the brand with the plan to make traditional, full-bodied South Australian wines. Their 2022 shiraz is vinted from premium fruit and aged in high toast 'black barrels'. The result is a dense, ripe shiraz with layers of dark berry flavours and warm spicy notes.
