Bourbon

Bourbon is American whiskey made from at least 51 percent corn, aged in new charred oak barrels that give it a distinctive sweetness alongside vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood. Most of it comes from Kentucky, though it can legally be made anywhere in the United States, and our range covers both big-name distilleries and smaller craft producers. It's usually smoother and sweeter than Scotch, which makes it a good starting point if you're new to whiskey, and it holds up well in cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour as well as neat or on the rocks.
