How long does shipping take?

We dispatch all orders made before 2pm on the same business day. Most North Island addresses, delivery is within 1-2 business days. South Island or rural deliveries, will usually take just a business day or two longer.

Can you deliver overseas?

Sorry, we are only able to ship within New Zealand.

My first order free shipping code isn't working?

There is a minimum order total of $120 for this code to apply. You can also save the code to take advantage of on a future order, if you don't wish to spend $120 on your first one. 

Can I order wine by the bottle?

Unfortunately not, we are only selling wine as full cases. This allows us to keep our wine prices as competitive as they are with our spirits.  

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! At checkout, please just enter your own email address under Contact and then enter the gift receiver's information under Delivery. You'll then receive all contact about the order, and we'll courier the bottles direct to them.

Rest assured, we never include any paperwork with our orders. 

Can I click and collect my order?

No sorry, we are an online-only business and operate out of a warehouse in Hawkes Bay. A big reason why we can keep our prices so low!

What does "This product ships from another warehouse / direct from distillery" mean?

In these very limited cases, where this line is mentioned at the top of a product's description - this means the product will be couriered directly from the people making it, or supplying it in New Zealand.  

You can still add these products to your order like normal, along with any other products.

Please just keep in mind, when ordering these products along with any others, they will arrive in separate packages, and may arrive at different times / days.

We have been selective to ensure we are only arranging this with companies who also have speedy shipping services.
