Name two foods more British than Potato Crisps and Marmalade?
Well here's an unlikely combination of the two!!
Chase Vodka is the world’s first super-premium English potato vodka, crafted on the Williams Chase family farm in Herefordshire. Launched in 2008, it quickly won Best Vodka at the 2010 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Originally known for Tyrrell's Potato Crisps, the family turned their spuds into award-winning vodka after selling the snack brand. Using homegrown King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes, Chase Vodka is triple-distilled with traditional methods, including a copper pot still and Europe’s tallest rectification column.
This spirit is then marinated in English made Marmalade, plus ribbons of of peel from Seville oranges, then distilled again with orange peel from Valencia. Finally it is finished by being aged in oak barrels for six months, producing a sensational bittersweet vodka, perfect for mixing!
