This ultra-premium gin is a natural concoction of locally foraged rosehip, with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, all vapour-distilled into a single-malt spirit.
Tasting note
Beautifully complex. Lots of fresh piney notes from the juniper, supported by a backbone of floral rose, and fragrant citrus zest.

I find this gin over rated and over priced, don't get me wrong it's drinkable, but won't blow your socks off. Many other great NZ gins available which I feel are better value.

Live in Denmark. But need to by Gin at Cardrona, when ever in New Zealand (twice now) Very nice and smoothe. The best is the Pinot Noir barrel aged. Will be back again in 2024 Cheers
