Crafted on the ruggedly beautiful Banks Peninsula, Hector’s French Farm Petit Pinot Gin is a celebration of land, sea, and the iconic Hector’s dolphins that call Akaroa home. Distilled in New Zealand with locally foraged botanicals and vibrant South Island character, this ruby red gin is as striking in the glass as it is on the palate.
Infused with Pinot Noir from French Peak Vineyard, Waiheke Island Syrah, and a wild blend of kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle, Hector’s Gin brings together bright, silky fruit-forward notes with a gentle dash of spice. The addition of Syrah lends tannic structure, while the delicate sweetness and velvety mouthfeel make it a standout in any G&T or gin-based cocktail.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe berries and dried herbs give way to a smooth, elegant palate with Pinot Noir richness, a whisper of spice, and a soft, tannic finish.
