The newly established Pacific Coast distillery is located in the beachside town of Mangawhai, where they have access to prime conditions for local botanicals, top quality water, and endless inspiration for coast inspired beverages.
The Mokohinau is a handcrafted, premium, quintessentially New Zealand gin. Featuring locally sourced, steep-macerated botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, kawakawa, and pine needles. Sustainable New Zealand Kelp is also introduced, which adds a moreish salinity. All of the above is balanced with citrus, cinnamon, and cardamom to bring a bright, complex profile, with a long refreshing finish.
