Crafted with meticulous detail, Rosenvale GSM 2022 represents the very pinnacle of Barossan winemaking, and is simply an outstanding expression of the 'Holy Trinity' - grenache, shiraz and mourvédre. Rosenvale strive to produce wines of the very highest quality by using minimal interference during ferment and avoiding extreme manipulations to the wine. 2022 was a strong vintage in Barossa, with fruit of superb quality across the board, and this GSM certainly lives up to that reputation.
Grenache is the heart and soul here with glossy red and black fruits paving the way for the supporting varietals to flourish. Shiraz adds the power and palate lift amid a supple, succulent framework, while the mourvédre component makes it a bit more serious and tightly focused. It's super user-friendly, yet has that mouthfilling palate weight that traditional Aussie red fans love, and best of all, it's in easy reach this coming BBQ season.
