Cameron Douglas MS: "There’s no mistaking the variety with the bouquet of this wine - aromas of pungent tropical fruits and lemon, fresh red and green apple flesh and white peach. The core of this wine is also from herbs, from basil to thyme. Crisp, salivating, refreshing and dry, flavours of citrus then tropical fruits and herbs. A back bone of acidity and freshness, a whisper of salinity and a lengthy persistent finish. Well made with best drinking from late 2024 through 2027+."
