The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is just delicious. Fruit was sourced from two of the finest Waimea Vineyards to create 7 unique parcels, which were then fermented with aromatic yeast strains and matured on lees for three months. The result is an absolutely banging wine. The classic 'leap out of the glass' qualities of sauvignon blanc are on show here - notes of ripe passionfruit, lime and lemon with a crisp, long finish.

Cuisine Magazine: "Expressive and high-toned gooseberry, melon and tropical fruit with lots of herbal characters on the nose. The palate has fantastic flavour intensity with just a hint of sweetness that is balanced by the lifted and assertive acid present."
