A classic Old Tom Gin from the Hayman family. This old-fashioned, sweeter style gin from the 18th Century, has recently risen in popularity due to its association with classic gin cocktails like the Martinez and Tom Collins.
With 150 years of genealogy behind them, Hayman's pride themselves in making gin the old-fashioned way. They are now the only family from the original gin making days that continue distilling to this day.
Tasting note
On the palate Old Tom is zesty and rich, sweet with gingerbread, juniper and spice. Good length finish, with developing sweet, spicy dryness and iced tea.
