Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur, made by steeping lemon zest in grain alcohol until the oils are released. The result is a luxurious yellow liquid that is further mixed with a simple syrup to balance in sweetness.

I have had authentic limoncello in Italy, as well as more bespoke/expensive limoncello in NZ from markets, this limoncello is just as good. A little sweeter maybe, but as long as you drink it cold, it's a great way to finish a meal, or mix in a cocktail. Highly recommended
