The Pompelmo is a fresh and bright gin distilled using the peel of sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruits and blended using the finest Italian grown Sangiovese Grape. On the palate there is an unmistakable juniper flavour with a floral aroma. Bright pink grapefruit, lush red cherries and fruit salad are also present.
