Tasting note
Warm vanilla on the nose, with heather honey and citrus peels, then sweet barley, dried herbs and papaya. Soft dried fruits on the palate, buttery fudge and gingerbread with a very light touch of BBQ char in support. Finishing with heathery peat smoke and a touch of sea spray.
