Black Chook Shiraz Viognier struts its stuff with a rich nose of plum and cherry, combined with an earthy savouriness and supple tannins. It's generous on the palate and offers a good food-friendly lick of acidity that will cut perfectly through the fat of beef ribs or a leg of lamb. This is a firm favourite that will go down a hoot at the table, backyard or beach. Chooks away!
