Tasting note
This full-bodied blend reflects its maturation in oak with mouth-coating tannins and notes of black olives, chocolate and toffee. Shiraz dominant the wine opens in the glass to reveal red currants and pomegranate, supported by spicy cabernet sauvignon notes of tobacco and fresh tomato leaves. The palate is complex, well-knit but not tight and very well balanced. A wine that is elegant and lingers on the palate.
