If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account upon the return of the bottles. In the case of a change of mind, or error in order from the customer's end, returned products will be delivered at the cost of the customer.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
In the unlikely case your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please report any packing errors within 48 hours of delivery.
