Dispatch Times

We same day dispatch all orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched first thing the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship from Hawkes Bay using trusted national couriers. Delivery estimates:

• North Island: Average 1 business day from dispatch

• South Island: Average 2 business days from dispatch

• Rural addresses: Also average 2 business days, depending on the area

These timeframes are based on the average of our last 10,000 deliveries - while not guaranteed, most customers receive their orders within these windows.

For deliveries outside of mainland NZ (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island etc.) please contact our team.

Shipping Costs

We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping:

• Standard delivery: $6.99 per order

• Rural delivery: Just $3 extra (total $9.99)

There are no hidden fees, and your shipping cost won’t change based on what’s in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been processed at the courier depot, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, so you can keep an eye on its journey. If you haven’t seen it come through, check your junk or spam folders just in case.
