Their Spades Gin is a savoury and fresh gin, which leads with notes of green cardamom and parsley. Sweet citrus and Australian lemon myrtle, is used to balance out the gin, and allows the Tasmanian pepperberry to linger between sips.
This is a more classic London Dry styled gin, so it pairs perfectly with your favourite tonic, though there is also a lot of room to get creative with this one.
