Made with wild hand picked sloe berries, a type of wild plum, which are gently steeped for several months with Hayman's Gin before being blended with natural sugars. The final product is a rich ruby red, bursting with smooth and intense bittersweet fruit flavour
With 150 years of genealogy behind them, Hayman's pride themselves in making gin the old-fashioned way. They are now the only family from the original gin making days that continue distilling to this day.
Tasting note
This is a sloe Gin of exceptional balance in which you will find plummy aromas, hints of almond and frangipane and delicious fruity notes from the wild-foraged berries – all underpinned by a classic English Gin backbone.
