It features an superb collection of vibrant botanicals distilled over seven distillations, including juniper, lime, kumquat, lemon, pink and green grapefruit, mandarin, lemongrass, bitter and sweet oranges - distilled in that order.
The bottle itself is absolutely breath-taking in person and is something you'll keep around the house forever, whether it be for olive oil, a flower vase, or just proudly displayed on a shelf!
Tasting note
Bright and vibrant citrus notes with sharp and fruity grapefruit, herby juniper and lemongrass on the finish. This gin is crisp, refreshing with an exceptionally balanced, yet complex flavour profile and that feeling of premium quality at every step along the palate- as you'd expect from a gin of this calibre.
