Hand-crafted in small batches in Christchurch, YEN Gin is made with the finest quality of carefully selected, locally foraged botanicals to procure it's signature flavour. These botanicals include: Juniper, pink peppercorn, orange, kawakawa, orris root, angelica root, & liquorice.
Like all of the great premium gins - this is a masterclass in balancing a rich botanical profile. All the right notes of sweet and tangy citrus, aromatic spices and florals all working together perfectly around a bright juniper-led palate.
