De Martino Carmenere 2023 (12x750ml)

The de Martino Family have been making wine in Chile's famed Maipo Valley for over 70 years. Produced organically, this delicious Chilean Carménère is very friendly on the palate and well balanced with a medium-body and flavours of cherry and coffee. A wonderful example of how Chilean Carménère expresses itself. Highly recommended.

Tasting note

Fully loaded with classic carménère green capsicum and meaty aromas, with elements of leather, coffee and tangy red berries on the palate.

James Suckling: "A plush and creamy Carménère with black cherries, raspberries, chocolate orange, black beans and vanilla on the nose. Full-bodied, deeply coloured and fruit-forward with a lovely softness."
