Long considered one of New Zealand's finest wine producers, Astrolabe has developed a reputation most of the other premium Sauvignon players would give their right arm for. As expected, the 2025 vintage is yet another beauty. The previous vintage picked up plenty of superb reviews and we're sure that this new vintage will follow suit. This wine is simply as good as Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc gets. Ethereal. Balanced. Simply divine.

Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.

Tasting note:

The winemaker, Simon Waghorn: "This is a drier style of sauvignon blanc, acidity kept nicely in balance with the alcohol and the very little residual sugar that is there, so it’s all about how all these things come together to make a pleasurable whole. I craft my wines so that nothing stands out as one singular spike, instead revealing a lovely layering of flavours and aromas that people can keep finding as they spend time savouring the glass."
