If you're a fan of powerhouse Californian Chardonnay this excellent Diora release will have you smiling from ear to ear. Vinted from Monterey fruit and 100% barrel fermented in French oak, this impressive, premium release has all the weight and creamy texture you expect from USA Chardonnay but brings so much more to the party. The traditional toasty oak and sizzled butter characters are there in abundance but the mid palate explodes with layers of tangy stonefruit flavours and the wine finishes with a beautifully balanced vein of fresh acidity that so many of its peers lack. Boom!
