Etna’s altitude and volcanic soils come together in this vibrant, mineral-driven white that reflects the power and purity of Sicily’s most dramatic terroir.
Crafted from carricante and catarratto, two of the island’s signature white varieties, this wine opens with aromas of ripe stone fruit and fresh pear, underpinned by subtle notes of wild herbs and citrus zest.
On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and finely textured, balancing bright acidity with a core of juicy fruit and saline minerality. The finish is clean, persistent, and refreshingly dry, echoing the wine’s volcanic origins. Lovely wine.
Tasting note
Brilliant straw-yellow colour. Intense and elegant with notes of pear and aromatic herbs. Great minerality and remarkable freshness. Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to seafood, sushi, fried fish and vegetable tempura.
