For as long as we can remember, we've been huge fans of the Tietjen Witters Chardonnay range and the 2025 Estate release celebrates the punchy, ripe fruit flavours of Gisborne Chardonnay. Vinted in a medium bodied style, it shows layers of creamy stonefruits and citrus with plenty of mid-palate richness and length. Not too heavy. Not too light. Right on the money.
Tasting note
Appealing on both the nose and palate, this true reflection of Chardonnay has aromas of citrus blossom, jasmine and cream. The palate is delicious with ripe golden peach, pink grapefruit and a hint of creaminess which lengthens and adds texture. A fabulous Summer tipple to enjoy in the sun with your favourite people and food.
