Batched Premium Cocktails was founded in 2018 by Hamish Gordon and Matt Bruce in Auckland, with a simple goal: bar quality cocktails without the fuss of mixing from scratch. It began with a single Espresso Martini, made using triple distilled vodka and Fairtrade organic coffee, before growing into a full range built on proper spirits and natural ingredients. It now sits among the better regarded names in Easy Tiger's pre-mixed cocktails range.

The range has since grown to include a Margarita, a Passionfruit Martini, and a Gin Sour, the last of which picked up a Silver medal at the 2023 London Spirits Competition. Everything relies on careful batching to preserve the balance of a properly built cocktail, then gets bottled or canned for consistency rather than mixed fresh each time. It is a genuinely local answer to two categories Easy Tiger already stocks widely, gin and tequila, just made ready to pour.
