Briottet Liqueur de Poire William is a beautifully fragrant French pear liqueur that brings all the charm of ripe Williams pears to the glass. Made by Maison Briottet in Dijon, it is crafted from Williams pears sourced from the Rhône Valley, giving it a bold pear aroma with a soft, rounded fruit character that feels polished rather than overly sweet. It is a brilliant bottle for cocktails, bubbles, or simply poured over ice when you want something juicy, elegant and a little different.
Made by macerating and distilling Williams pears, this liqueur has crystallised sugar added at the end of production to bring balance and softness. That gives it a lovely mix of powerful pear flavour and silky texture, making it just as handy behind the bar as it is for easy sipping.
