Distilleries de Provence's Gin XII is a beautifully aromatic French gin that captures the flavours of the Provençal countryside in every sip. Named after the twelve botanicals used in its creation, this craft distilled gin blends classic juniper with a fragrant mix of herbs and spices native to the Haute-Provence region.
Distilled in a plate column still, Gin XII draws heavily on the wild herbal character of the Provençal natural flora. Botanicals such as thyme, rosemary, basil, eucalyptus, sweet almond and mint create a wonderfully fresh and layered profile that feels like a stroll through sun warmed Mediterranean hillsides. It is dry, elegant and packed with character, making it perfect for a refined Gin & Tonic or herb driven cocktails.
Produced in the town of Forcalquier, known as the capital of flavours and fragrances in Provence, Distilleries et Domaines de Provence have spent years refining this recipe to showcase the natural aromatic richness of the region. The result is a gin that feels unmistakably French, vibrant, herbal and beautifully balanced.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and aromatic with herbal notes of thyme, rosemary and basil alongside bright juniper and cooling mint. The palate is dry and elegant with gentle spice, soft almond sweetness and lingering floral herbal complexity.
