Hastings Distillers Mille Fleurs Elderflower Liqueur is a beautifully fragrant New Zealand liqueur that feels equal parts elegant and easygoing. Made in Hawke’s Bay by Hastings Distillers, it is built around elderflower at its most expressive, with every bottle infused with more than 1,000 organic Hawke’s Bay elderflowers. The result is a bright, floral and quietly luxurious liqueur that works just as well in a sparkling serve as it does in more polished cocktails.
This subtly sweet elderflower liqueur is all about freshness and finesse, with delicate floral character backed by notes of citrus, pear, lychee and fresh cut grass. It is a very versatile bottle too - delicious neat, over ice, lengthened with soda or added to sparkling wine when you want something a little more special without trying too hard.
