Tasting Notes
Bright aromas of ripe pineapple, banana and yellow lemon lead, underpinned by a mineral earthiness and a touch of atole. The palate is rich and slightly unctuous, with allspice, toasted cocoa and smooth vanilla carrying into a balanced finish.
