Crafted as part of the Aged Vintage series, Jura's 21YO Tide Whisky is a remarkable release with a unique dual maturation process. First aged in American white oak bourbon barrels, it is then transferred to carefully selected virgin American white oak casks, resulting in a subtle, spicy flavour profile.
Tasting note
Notes of gingerbread, buttery caramel, and banana. On the palate, enjoy the taste of rich white chocolate, toasted walnuts, sugared almonds, gingersnap biscuits, and marzipan. The finish boasts a spicy kick of allspice and pepper, balanced with a touch of honey.
