Tasting Notes
Bright juniper, pine and citrus rise first, followed by a smooth, creamy palate with resinous juniper, warm coriander spice and subtle umami from laver seaweed and kawakawa. Layers of lemon tart and sweet orange peel add lift before a long, dry finish touched with citrus and soft pepper.
