Papaiti Rogue Coco Pink Gin is a playful premium pink gin from Papaiti in Whanganui, bringing a tropical twist to a proper gin backbone. Built on classic botanicals and lifted with raspberry, coconut and hibiscus, it lands in that sweet spot where the profile feels bright and fun without tipping into anything too sugary or one-note.
This vibrant pink gin keeps juniper, coriander, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel and green cardamom at its core, so there is real structure underneath all that breezy fruit and floral character. Raspberry brings the juicy lift, coconut adds a soft tropical roundness, and hibiscus helps give it that rosy, summery feel through the finish. It is a very easy bottle to picture in a long G&T, soda serve, or something a little more playful for warm-weather drinks.
