This iconic gentian aperitif leans into earthy bitterness, fresh vegetal notes and a gentle citrusy sweetness, with orange and candied fruit helping round things out. That gives it a profile that feels crisp, aromatic and grown up, making it a great choice for spritzes, White Negronis or simple long drinks when you want something a bit more interesting than the usual aperitif lineup.
