Bluff Distillery is a small New Zealand gin producer based in Bluff, right where the South Island meets the Foveaux Strait. Founder Chris Fraser opened it in 2024 inside a former freezing works, timed to land alongside the town's two hundredth anniversary. The distillery makes just one release rather than a wide range, and its bottle borrows its rounded shape from the glass buoys once used by local fishing boats working the strait, one of the more distinctly local names in Easy Tiger's wider gin selection.

That coastal setting shows in the gin itself, with a clean, briny edge running through the juniper-forward character typical of a proper London Dry gin. Cracked pepper and crushed herbs add further depth, and the finished spirit has already picked up a Master medal at The Gin Masters and further gold medals internationally.
