Bombay Sapphire is a globally recognised gin brand with a recipe tracing back to 1761 and a formal relaunch in 1987, when Michel Roux and distiller Ian Hamilton added grains of paradise and cubeb berries to the original ten botanical blend. Since 2014 it has been made at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England, a purpose built distillery owned by Bacardi. It remains one of the more distinctive names in Easy Tiger's wider gin selection.

That production history shows in the gin itself, made using vapour infusion so heated vapour draws flavour from all ten botanicals suspended in copper baskets rather than boiling them directly in the spirit. The result is a lighter, more floral take on the classic London Dry gin style, versatile enough for a simple gin and tonic or a more involved cocktail.
