Hine's flagship VSOP 'H by Hine' is a blend of over a dozen Grande and Petite Champagne brandies, all which have been aged for a minimum of 4 years. This is Queen Liz's Cognac of choice and it even boasts her official stamp on the neck label (it's the French Prime Minister's drink of choice too).
This VSOP is both expressive and discreet, it has beautiful notes of iris, fresh apricot, acacia and white pepper chimes in at the end with its subtle tingling spice. This is a cognac daring to be experimented with, the house suggest you serve frozen in a shot glass with sashimi, or simply over ice with tonic, cider or ginger ale, garnished with a twist of lime, cucumber or rosemary - A new one we recommend you try, is having it with chilled green tea!
