This Remy Martin XO Cognac is crafted with the expertise of the Cellar Master, who blends over 400 unique eaux de-vie to create the full aromatic complexity that Remy Martin is known for. It is aged for up to 35 years, following the legal requirement of double-distillation in copper pot stills and maturation in barrels. The delicate hints of Limousin oak and floral bouquet are graced with Ugni Blanc grapes sourced exclusively from the two finest crus.
Tasting note
An extensive variety of scents of late summer fruit, paired with decadent floral tones of white flowers like jasmine. A superb representation of the opulence found in Fine Champagne, showcasing ripe notes of juicy plums and candied oranges, accented with a touch of hazelnuts and cinnamon. The finish is smooth, indulgent, and persistent.
