Casa Noble
Casa Noble was founded by José "Pepe" Hermosillo, who set out to build a tequila made with the same care as a fine wine or whisky. The spirit is distilled at La Cofradía, a historic estate near the town of Tequila in Jalisco with roots stretching back to the mid-1700s, using blue agave grown on the property's own land. Casa Noble was also one of the first tequila houses to earn organic certification for both its agave and its production process.
Each batch is cooked slowly in traditional stone ovens, fermented with wild airborne yeast, and distilled three times before resting in French oak barrels. The result is a rounder, more textured spirit that holds its own neat or in a proper margarita or Paloma. If you are stocking the rest of the bar cart, our mixers range is worth a browse.
