Fever-Tree blends high-quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of Congo with essential oils from herbs gathered around the Mediterranean, creating a softer, more floral style than a classic Indian tonic. Rosemary and lemon thyme sit at the heart of the profile, giving it plenty of botanical character without overwhelming the gin or vodka underneath.
